Vivitar Gold 50th Anniversary Lenses

There are a few gold cameras here and there, but very very few gold lenses.  There were made in 1988 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Vivitar.  A matched set of GOLD Vivitar 28-105/2.8-3.8 and 70-210/2.8-4.0 in Nikon AIS mount.   They are engraved "50th Anniversary" as well as "37 of 50."   

Now, if you were stuck wondering how on earth you would find the proper gold lenses for your Gold FA 1984 European Camera of the Year Commemorative or your Gold FM 60th Anniversary Commemorative,  these are obviously just the ticket.  Complete with special front gold lens caps and walnut presentation case. Mint condition.  These were never sold to the public, but given to Vivitar officials and select dealers.  This particular set was won on CompuServe.
