Epson R-D1: Total stripdown

The shutter in this Epson R-D1 failed and would not cock, but Steve’s Camera Service Center in the USA was able to repair it: the camera is now working perfectly. The failure was mechanical, and no parts were required.

The photographs are actually in reverse order – they are of assembly not disassembly – but I thought it would be more helpful shown this way.
